A Read Only licence provides the user with a smaller scale of the Info-Organiser
Software. The user is able to use the documents stored within the database, but
is not able to perform administration tasks such as adding/deleting and
management of the documents included in an Enterprise Licence. Read Only
licences can perform the following tasks;

Full search and opening of documents stored in the database

Open multiple databases

I-Link function

Send document via e-mail

Save documents out of info-organiser software

Access to all support and help modules

IO Web is an application that allows the user to access their Info-Organiser
software and database over the World Wide Web. This option is valuable to
organisations that have staff in multiple office locations, or accessing
remotely to the Info-Organiser server. Functions available to IO Web users
include;

Full search and open documents functions

Access via web connections

Open Multiple Databases

Open/Edit/Delete functions (not able to ad documents with this version)
IO Lite was designed to provide the benefits of Info-Organiser software in a
home environment. IO Lite has the main features of the Enterprise version, only
on a smaller scale. IO lite can only have one database, and one user.
